Everything was great at first but then I needed a refill and requested it twice and never heard back. I reached out to customer service and again never heard back. I ended up having so a charge back with my credit card company and getting my medication somewhere else. Do not use this site

I have been dealing with this company for 4wks and have gotten nowhere. Customer service is horrible!!! Takes days for anyone to respond, it's always someone different and they never answer the questions you ask. They said I was approved, but my insurance denied everything they sent them. Still trying to get my money back. Do not sign up, its a joke!!!

Customer service is a joke. There is no phone number to speak with anyone and the only form of communication is via email and often it takes them days to respond. My doctor ordered labs after about 5 months, sent me the orders to have them drawn, and I got to the lab to be turned away because the dr didn’t add a diagnosis code. Again, I sent an email and it took over 10 hours for a response so now I have to take more time off work to get the labs done. Getting RX refilled had been fine for the first 4 refills. Then at the 5th refill I had to send four emails before an RX was actually sent. For $149 per month, I expect much better customer service. I will be looking around for a more reputable company moving forward.

I would not sign up. Made it sound like they could get medication. Took basically a week to say no but still looking at alternatives. Waste of time. If you are not diabetic don’t even bother.

They want to charge you $49 before you even know if you're approved for the medication or not. That screams scam. I'm not giving you my money unless I'm actually getting a product.

Staff is very nice, but if your insurance needs to get a hold of the MD for authorization, no phone numbers and addresses are available.( Be careful people). Stick to your local physician. Be safe. !

Have sent all requirements last week, and talked to a doctor for assessment on what meds I should be on. Everything was smooth sailing, really looking forward to incorporating their program into my daily routine and hopefully lose weight.
