Melissa Kwiatkowski is incredibly helpful, patient and kind. She takes time to explain concepts to me that I don’t really understand, and provides examples so I can relate. This is the first therapist I’ve ever had and I couldn’t ask for a better one.

I'd been wanting to try therapy for years. Yes, I typed that correctly, years. I always assumed it would be too expensive, or that it would be hard to fit into my schedule, or that I wouldn't find a therapist who was a good fit. Octave changed all of that for me. They accept my insurance and I pay a very small fee per session. Their website was easy to use and I found a therapist who has been incredible. While I still have a lot to work on, I haven't felt this positive/hopeful in a long time. So thankful for Octave and for my Therapist.

Convenience of being able to be in the privacy of my own home and getting therapy. I think my therapist does a great job. I feel comfortable speaking to her I actually look forward to our sessions
