Tools for after a session
Having sessions with Ryan has helped me with my anxiety and avoiding burnout from work. Being able to express my concerns and get tools and resources to work on these concerns at home is very helpful.

Wonderful Experience
My therapy experience with Octave has been very good! Deborah, my therapist is excellent! She’s done a wonderful job of meeting me where I’m at & providing a safe space to process in a way that feels comfortable for me, yet promotes growth.
