My therapist Tanay is top notch she listens and she doesnt judge. She allows you to lead the conversation and offers great techniques on how to deal with things. I always feel more positive when leaving the session.

Mitsou Handal has been a great help in guiding me towards a better, more emotionally thoughtful life than I had been living previously. I am now no longer immediately defaulting to anger and angry thoughts and actions; I am, instead, taking a moment to pause and process what it is I am actually feeling and responding accordingly. Because of Mitsou, my life is no longer a blackhole of anger and negativity, I now see the positive side of things. Her patience and support knows no bounds and I am forever grateful for that. The tools she has provided me with throughout the journey have been indispensable and so empowering. I am so glad I decided to start therapy again, it saved me.
