Great therapists. Great behind the scenes team. The behind the scenes team is EXCELLENT—they are warm and professional. I switched therapists due to my schedule changing—that therapist was really good, and my time with her helped me out. The second one is phenomenal. My life is transforming. Thank you, Octave!

I was recommended by a friend to try Find Octave. I put off therapy for a while because I never had a stable therapist (in my experience, I'd be with them for a year before finding out they're moving elsewhere so I would always have to find a new one and start over). I was so grateful there was a coordinating team who would find a therapist for me so I wouldn't have to find one on my own, and we clicked instantly! The Octave team found me a therapist in less than a week and checked in with me after to ensure I had a good fit. I am forever grateful for Octave.
