I hesitated for a long time about whether to have my resume professionally done. As a senior executive I felt fairly confiident I could handle myself. I quickly learned that applying for positions through job sites requires a specific way for a resume to be crafted and I was not an expert. After much research, I chose Find My Profession and couldn’t have been happier. I worked with Andy Ricardo and he was great. After a 45 minute conversation on the phone and my LinkedIn and resume he took it from there. He listened and got it. He did not just reformat my old resume he rethought the entire thing. It was a very personal experience and the outcome was well worth the investment. As I said to Andy, I was heading into the forest with a plastic spoon and now I have a Swiss Army knife! Much better prepared and more confident about the search. Highly recommend!
