After significant research, I decided to use Find My Profession to assist me in creating a resume when I began my job search. Sharla Taylor was assigned to help me. Sharla's work was exceptional. She spent significant time getting to know me professionally and personally. She wanted to know who I was so that she could make my resume sound like me. She was diligent, professional, and kind. After our sessions, I really felt like she actually understood who I am. The resume she finalized was even better than I was hoping for. My resume has been screened by multiple recruiters and has passed through ATS for multiple companies, as recruiters have already reached out to me after considering my resume. Sharla is easy to work with. Her personality put me at ease and her questions about my qualifications and accomplishments were relevant and demonstrated her understanding of what I do and what needs to be said about me.
