Rebecca was a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience and investment in myself and career. I always feel overwhelmed by creating or updating my resume and I had no idea how to create one that was suitable for today's automated analysis used by HR departments. I struggle to find the best words to describe what I do and what I like/dislike. In one phone call Rebecca was able to listen to me blather on and craft my experiences into an outstanding package. 100% recommend making this investment in yourself.

Rebecca is easy to talk to and great to work with. She was able to take my resume & cover letter to the next level. She was able to articulate tasks and reshape my resume in a way that help reflect my strengths and goals for the next step in my career. I am happy with the investment made.

Andy was insightful, flexible with scheduling, and right on time with deadlines. He ensured feedback was a two way experience with the resume, listening to my voice and giving guidance where needed. Thank you!

Virginia did an awesome job! She had great familiarity with my career domain and was very knowledgeable on key elements/words required to build an impactful resume catering to my target positions.

Greg really helped tease out my accomplishments and create an awesome resume. He was very, very patient and helped me go through a few drafts. I have since been complimented on my resume by recruiters and managers. It was well worth it.

Prompt and Professional. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

I am so pleased with my experience with Steven Lowell at FMP. I was looking to change industries, but too busy and overwhelmed with my day-to-day to embark on the journey on my own. No only did he do the heavy lifting with applications, but was a readily available resource in coaching to ensure I nailed interviews and marketed myself in the best way possible. He was helped to give me realistic expectations without short-changing myself or my skills to get the job I wanted. Thanks to him, I was able to secure a great role at my dream company within 6 weeks!

I have been with the same company for more than a decade, so I have not thoroughly updated my resume in a long time. I am in the process of a mid-career transition, so I needed professional expertise in overhauling my resume from a private sector-style resume to a federal-style resume. I was not quite ready to start applying for a new job; however, finding a new job is all about the timing of job postings. Bruce was able to accommodate a quick turnaround time in revamping my resume, so I could apply for a position before the stated application deadline. I had an initial consultation with Bruce, so he could fully understand my professional goals and objectives. I quickly updated my draft resume that was still a bit rough around the edges, and then I let Bruce work his magic. Bruce was skillful in synthesizing all of the documentation that I provided and he was able to properly align my experiences and skillset to the job description; this afforded me the opportunity to put my best foot forward as I go through a mid-career transition. I had a very positive experience working with Bruce.
