Kristina was an absolute pleasure to work with! In order to make this process a success you have to be willing to collaborate with your reverse recruiter so that they get a sense for who you are and what your aspirations are so that they can deliver the best service possible. Kristina and I knew this right from the beginning and we were a team! Her guidance, recommendations, and encouragement to apply to jobs that truly aligned with my vision was exceptional. Not only did she stay on top of feedback that she received from other recruiters with companies that I was interested in but, she responded to their outreach in a timely manner and relayed all messages with next action items instantaneously. Kristina truly made my experience with FindMyProfession enjoyable, stress free, and hopeful that I will one day (hopefully soon!) land my dream job with my dream employer. If I could give her ten stars I would!

Great work from Nicole she's an expert in her field Thanks Devon

I'm really good at my job but... my job is NOT creating professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. I believe is getting professional help when and as needed. Having gone through the process with Andy at findmyprofession, I'm completely pleased with the result! I'm FAR more confident submitting applications using the wonderful materials.

I decided to invest in a resume writer recently to update my resume and obtain a cover letter as I plan to start my job search. Pamela was professional, courteous, and was attentive during the strategy phone call. After the strategy phone call, I was amazed at how Pamela transformed my resume and wrote an impressive cover letter- both documents highlighted my skills and gave depth to my experience! I'm excited to start my job search soon with my updated resume and strong cover letter! I recommend using Find My Profession and having Pamela as a resume/cover letter writer!

I had a very short timeframe for getting my federal resume completed and Bruce Hillman was outstanding in helping me in a short amount of time with a very professional federal resume. He was able to take an old resume that was a copy and paste of several other people's resumes over the years and turn it into a very polished professional federal resume that I would have never been able to write myself.

David is by far the best career finder I have ever had to pleasure to work with. He truly goes above and beyond in everything he does when he works with you, and the results definitely show it. He was professional throughout the entire experience. His attention to detail, overall industry knowledge, and the way he takes care of his clients is best in class. Also, turnaround time and email responses were done very quickly. If you don’t work with David for your career finder/job search needs, you’re missing out big time! Can’t thank him enough for everything he has done.

I had the opportunity to work with Melissa Carignan, and I must say the experience was excellent. The communication was great, the level of professionalism and effectiveness was very high, from identifying the right jobs to networking with the right people in LinkedIn! I highly recommend this service to anyone in a senior position who is serious about finding a new job. Take it from me, you can not do it better yourself.

I worked with the resume writer who did a fantastic job in revising my resume and cover letter. The half-hour conservation was delightful as the writer listened carefully to my career highlights which she then incorporated into the final draft. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone who is in need of a resume and cover letter revamp.
