Find My ProfessionReviews of findmyprofession.com

Paula was amazing! She is a true professional. I could not have asked for a better resume writer, and I am so pleased with the final product. She took a genuine interest in me and my career goals. The resume she created exceeded my expectations!

The interactions I've had with the staff at Find My Profession thus far were positive and personal in terms of my goals of updating my profile (resume + cover letter and LinkedIn page) and alignment towards a slight shift in my career goals. Kimberly Sarmiento was my writer and worked with me exceptionally well for this segment (I'm still going through the job-finding/networking portion of the process, to be done with other staff).

Paula's resume and cover letter writing ability is second to none! It is the absolute best resume and cover letter I've ever had and it represents my experience in a much more dynamic and comprehensive manner! Highly recommended!

I am happy to leave this review for Find My Profession. My experience using their reverse recruiting service was bar none. From the first call I had with my reverse recruiter till the last, they were nothing but professoinal, prompt, and polite. The thing that stuck out most to me was their level of communication. Not a day went by where I did not feel completely in the loop with my job search activity. With their transparent activity tracker and the regular check-ins, I felt very taken care of. They took all the heavy lifting out of job searching for me. They found high quality jobs that I was not able to find on my own. They promptly applied. And the networking was phenomenal. They took the time to get to know me and craft custom messages to high level contacts at each of my target companies and generated a significant amount of interviews. I'm happy to report that after 4 months of service, I have landed a new Vice President role at one of my target companies making $63,000 above my last role. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in a senior level position seeking assistance with their job search.

My agent was very helpful and had covered all the topics that I wanted covered. She always stayed in contact with me and still says open for conversation if any questions do come up. I would recommend her services again

Paula was so friendly, helpful, and professional. Being matched with someone who has so much resume writing experience was amazing!

Paula was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She delivered a polished, high-quality resume and cover letter that truly elevated my experience and made my story much more compelling. Her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, and she made the entire process feel seamless and efficient. I especially appreciated her attention to detail and how she translated my background into strong, professional messaging. I’m really impressed with the final product and feel much more confident heading into my job search. Highly recommend working with her!

I had an excellent experience. Great customer service-and feedback from the team was prompt; really helped me communicate my executive presence and professionalize my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn
