Kelly Massey did an extraordinary job updating my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile meeting ATS standards. But more importantly, she interviewed me first to write the best resume that fit my strengths - it takes someone with an outside view to really be able to shine a light on how you should sell yourself based on your experience and future career intentions. Plus she was a breeze to work with and always very helpful! I would definitely recommend this service to those who need a boost to their professional profile.

This process was so smooth and I was able to get my 5 page federal resume converted to a private sector resume while retaining important facts and achievements. I didn't know where to start in the process of transitioning and this has made the first steps much easier. This has removed at least one major point of stress in the process.

Bruce was absolutely fantastic. After a brief conversation on the phone, he drafted my resume and cover letter within a day. It was clear he listened to my thoughts, concerns and ultimate goals. After one revision, I had the complete and final copies within a week. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails. He was prompt for all of our scheduled phone calls. The final product leaves me confident, proud of my accomplishments and excited to begin my employment search. Overall, he was professional, patient, efficient and really "heard" what I wanted the potential employer to get from my resume. I would absolutely recommend him to any professional procrastinating on writing a resume, cover letter and/or LinkedIn profile!
