Paula was very hands-on and took time to get to know me, my experience, my skills, and my goals. She took all of this information and created an exceptional resume, cover letter, and new LinkedIn profile. This is well worth the investment, and I'm looking forward to seeing how these new resources will advance my career search.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this process, but Pam made it seamless, thorough and.... fun? There is some introspection to do up front which I found fascinating, and working through four drafts with Pam was easy. The end product blew away my expectations. I feel very confident now that my resume will stand out.

Great interaction with my resume consultant (Kim S.). She listed to all my requests and was very helpful with feedback and options. Having to transition from academia with an 18 page CV, she was able to get all my pertinent information into the two-page resume format.
