I started Financial Gym on the recommendation of a friend, after getting a new, big job at the beginning of March 2020. Sara W. was who I was matched with and I’m ETERNALLY grateful for her. Sara and my FinGym check-ins through such tumultuous circumstances was a gift. Having a knowledgeable accountability partner who so kindly and thoughtfully encourages and supports me no matter where I’m at in my journey has been KEY to my financial success this far. Sara is the absolute best cheerleader and teammate with my finances and I’m so grateful to still be working with her.

If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would. Genar exemplifies everything anyone would ever want in a trainer. He is kinda, patient, knowledgeable, and shows the utmost professionalism every time we check in. He always finds ways to work with me to reach my financial and life goals without trying to change the things about me but make me be a better version of myself. I would recommend Genar as a trainer in a heartbeat and whatever you guys are paying him, he deserves more.

Sara is the sweetest and most encouraging gem I have ever met with. She is super knowledgeable and helpful, and you can tell she enjoys her job. I absolutely recommend her!

Sarah (B) was relatable, comforting, realistic and optimistic. I came to her just needing some reassurance about my plans after selling a house and going through a divorce and she helped guide me through the year as a sounding board and someone to assist when my doubts and fears came in. She guided me to fully fund an emergency account and it has made all the difference in my financial insecurities.

I had a really great experience working with Garrett, he was able to help me set goals, better understand what to prioritize, and generally overhaul my finances!

Before joining the Financial Gym, I was avoidant about my finances. And I was going into debt. I knew something needed to change, so I called them up, and within a month, I was on track to build a sturdy emergency savings and pay off my credit card. I owe it all to my advisor, Erika Moromisato. She's empathetic and kind, and she created a plan for me that feels reasonable and still allows me to get my nails done and go shopping every once in a while! Every time I speak with her, I feel better and more prepared for the future. In fact, I just got off a call with her ten minutes ago, and I immediately called my mom to tell her how excited I was about what we chatted about. And then I ran to write this review. During my time at the Financial Gym I worked with Corben Wilson. I did not have a lot of background in personal finance when I first joined the gym and now I feel a lot more confident in my ability to manage my finances. His kind and patient mannerisms and ability to simplify complex topics was exactly what I needed. I have now automated the majority of my financial tasks like investing and budgeting and can feel the stress and shame that often surround money beginning to fade. I am more confident in my financial decision and honestly am starting to enjoy learning about it for fun vs for necessity. Thank you for everything!

Working with Jazmin was great! She always had good ideas for my next financial moves, and she made me feel good about how I was spending, saving and planning with my money.
