finallyReviews of finally.com

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I started using Finally for my interior design business bookkeeping and taxes, and they’ve been amazing. Dylan S. and the Finally team helped me get caught up on my bookkeeping and get back on track.

Wow! What a great experience working with finally! Dylan Sipler got my account all set up and when I mean the easiest transactions I’ve ever dealt with. From the initial showcase of their services to the real time examples of how they would benefit our company was top notch! Highly recommend using their service and reach out to Dylan Sipler! Highly recommend using Finally!

Great service all around, made filing my taxes a breeze and kept me up to date on my book keeping, my account manager Gina was amazing and helped me every step of the way. 5 stars !!

Unfortunately, due to an emergency with a client experiencing a whole house flood I was unable to attend my initial scheduled demo on December 30th at 7:30a MST/9:30EST with their sales rep. We rescheduled for today, January 6th at 2:00p MST/4:00p EST. Each time I’d click the Zoom link in the calendar invite Zoom would attempt to launch then crash. Each time a message would pop up asking if I wanted to send a crash report to Zoom and provided a number to tech support. Luckily Zoom answered promptly and had me back up and running by 2:03p MST. I was just saying thank you’s and goodbye to the kind rep at Zoom when the sales rep called twice back to back, so I silenced the call to finish up as I would be on the Zoom shortly to explain. Unfortunately by the time I was ready to join the zoom call at 2:06pm I’d already recieved a surprising text from the sales rep informing me that he felt disrespected and that he would be disqualifying my inquiry. The exchange that followed was unfortunate at best. After confirming he would ‘disqualify’ my inquiry the sale rep wrote: “When April rolls around and you become 2 years behind on taxes it’s going to be fun to pay someone thousands to get the books caught up! Best of luck sir.” The sales rep had a wonderful opportunity to be understanding, take things in stride and to assume the best in this situation but instead he chose to insult myself, my business, and show a lack of integrity. If insults, threats, and low blows are the way Finally does business, I’m sure glad I dodged that bullet. 😬

Thank you for helping us with our over flow of book keeping this past year. Happy New Year!

I have nothing but love for the back-office team at Finally. They helped my form and I get all of our accounting in order. They also did an excellent job at bringing everything up to date and start the process of preparing for the upcoming tax season. I am very pleased with the process and their efforts. Great company to work with.

Great products, great team, especially Dylan S The juice is def worth the squeeze with this team! They really do come through. I recommend to everyone this group. They do not fall short in any way.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone has been! From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I simply granted them limited access to my business accounts, and they took care of everything—truly a hassle-free experience! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for support.
