I ordered a filter over a week ago. I have not received any e-mail about when the item will be shipped, and have not received any response to my two e0mail requests about the shipping and date of delivery.

Advertised as an NSF, IAMPO and one more tested product and it is not. Won’t use the filters until proof that the filters are indeed certified as advertised.
