FilterswellReviews of filterswell.com

Not yet delivered.

I thought the filters were made in the UK. These filters are made in China, I threw them away.

We received a three-pack of filters, and the first one I installed, unfortunately, did not click into place. I opened a second box and that filter went in and works great! I've tried to contact the company via email and phone call to make an exchange, but no answer yet. Please let me know how to exchange, and I would love to change the rating to 5 stars!

Received filter that leaked water in the fridge. Ask for a replacement and no response.

The purchase and delivery process was quite good and worthy of a 5 star rating. However, filterswell mistakenly shipped a duplicate order to me. They have requested I return the duplicate shipment which I am happy to do. But the back and forth on getting the shippings costs paid by them has been terrible. Hence the 3 star rating.

Where is my product? No one told me it is coming from asia and takes forever. I need filter now
