FilterswellReviews of filterswell.com

Good price, fast shipping, correct product cross reference

I accidentally ordered the wrong filters and when trying to contact the company by email, they never returned my email and my request for a refund. I called the number for customer service but the woman who answered couldn’t speak/understand much English and kept telling me to “send email“. So after two attempts to do this, still no response. I ended up getting the filters on Amazon for a cheaper price and wished I had done that in the first place! Don’t trust this company!!

Received filter in timely fashion

filters did not fit, tried contacting your company for return or exchange,, no reply, very disappointed,,,

I ordered a two set package of water filters and received them in about a week. Lately, I've found that not all companies are competent at this straight forward task. Water filter was installed and working well!

product was delivered before I expected it.

Works great and fits as described

Had difficulty in finding the water filter for model of my refrigerator. Ends up they could not locate the one needed and promptly credited me the purchase fee, as requested.
