filters did not fit, tried contacting your company for return or exchange,, no reply, very disappointed,,,

I didn't get any notification that the filters were shipped and when I attempt to look it up online for tracking, it just states "in fulfillment" which is totally worthless.

A two day delivery has turned into a week's waiting. To charge a two day delivery is insane 😳

I ordered the filters the price was great after several days I had not received a shipping notice I sent an inquiry asking when and where the shipment was coming from no response a few more days and I asked if I could cancel the order no response a couple more days and I was finally notified the filters were shipped you need to set up follow up on your orders like amazon does your products and prices are good but your customer relations and responses to inquiries is terrible

I did not receive all of the order! I ordered 6 filter1 cartridges and only received 3. Order #fw4925. This is my third letter to you about this and no response.

Took five days after i bought it to get it shipped.

I received the order in a timely manner, and the water tastes fine. The issue that I have is the flow of the filter. My old filter would fill a 12oz bottle in about 15 seconds. The one Bluaqua filters I purchase this time take approximately 3 minutes. This is unacceptable. I have sent an email to inquire if this is standard or if the one I received was defective. I sent the email 2 days ago and am waiting for a response before determining if I will use this company again. Customer service is very important to me and will make a decision based on resolution.

Filters do not fit our refrigerator.
