Good Price and fast delivery

Great product delivered on time at half the cost of store cost. Can't beat it!

The purchase and delivery process was quite good and worthy of a 5 star rating. However, filterswell mistakenly shipped a duplicate order to me. They have requested I return the duplicate shipment which I am happy to do. But the back and forth on getting the shippings costs paid by them has been terrible. Hence the 3 star rating.

Easy replacement and you don't have to turn water off to the refrigerator. Lots more pressure and no chlorine taste like we had with old filter. The instructions were not correct though. They said not to twist off the old filter and it was obvious by looking at the new one that is had a diagonal groove and had to be twisted to come off and back on with the new one. No other issues

I had ordered filters a week before from another company. They were not only more expensive for less of them, but when I didn't see any advance to order processed, yet they charged my card, I instant messaged them from their site. I found out, not only had it not been processed but would now take 7-14 or more days once would get processed to get here. My filter was full, and water bacing up onto my floor! Filterswell processed and sent the order which from start to arrival was 4 days! More filters, less money, best customer service! F
