Great fast service

Works well and easy to install

Fast delivery and great product.

Greta price and great product.

Very fast. I received just what I ordered.

Filters do not fit our refrigerator.

First, you shipped me the wrong Frigidaire water filter. Before the"wrong" filters(3 pack) even arrived, I got an email from you (Wang, as I recall) saying the wrong ones had been shipped and that the correct ones were in route. This was good. So far, though, I have not received the "correct" ones, which makes me wonder whether they were ever really sent. This is bad. The Wang email said to re-box the wrong ones and return them to you and that you would refund postage. This is not good as I am now nervous to commit even more money for"wrong" merchandise until the"correct" ones are delivered. Unless I receive the"correct" ones before my next credit card statement is due, I will have to instruct the issuer of the card to not pay the amount billed by you for the "wrong" filters.

Good service right part
