I was hesitant to place an order for the first time, but glad that I did. I received my order in 6 days! I previously used another company in Korea, but it took very long time to arrive! Thanks and keep it up!

Since vianacare has currently stopped shipping outside of the U.S. I was looking for a new vendor to order fillers and botulinium from. After searching reviews and consulting with some people on Youtube who have ordered from fillerhouse (who, while not praising the company, did say they were sent their items, albeit late) I decided to try it out. My credit cards were rejected, over and over. "FDS" (fraud detection service) kept blocking it. Fillerhouse staff prompted me to pay via paypal, but implored me NOT to include their company name, any product names, or order numbers. I found this highly suspect, but assumed this was an effort to avoid taxes or disguise revenue that wouldn't affect things on my end. I went to pay them via paypal: isn't that strange! paypal has PREVENTED the account they gave me from accepting payment. Their support staff confirm they're no longer accepting paypal. This was 2 days after being directed to use paypal. After that, I gave up. I was attracted to fillerhouse because their price points are markedly cheaper than other competitors. I had my reservations. I also believe that a good portion of the reviews have been written under the promise of compensation. If you look, the 5 star reviews all come from brand new accounts, in quick succession. The entire experience wasn't quite right. In the end, I'm glad that the 2 day delay I had in using paypal prevented me from potentially getting scammed.

So i found fillerhouse through a big youtuber kim from natural kaos and she was showing numbing creams well i just recently got a tattooed sleeve and have alot of shading work todo so i thought oh cool ill order this stuff, it works great its strong....i contact my bank to unblock international charges they do i goto pay for an order $81.12 on fillerhouse and a red message comes back denied so i call my bank and she says no ur unblocked on our end hun....i then contact fillerhouse and they send me a paypal link to try and pay through which stated dont write any order info or product info 🤔 so i pay it goes right through i message fillerhouse via chat on there website bottom right corner and they say oh we only received $70.00 so i told them no i have my bank statement and my paypal history proof 2 more days go by and im asking wheres my tracking # order # or SOMETHING and they then msg me sry about the confusion well send out july 16th....july 16th comes and im like hey any info? I get a msg back saying sorry we didnt receive any payment i then call there 888# on there website and the lady sounded asleep and said oh i talk to manager call u back....didnt call back didnt ask for my # nothing!! So now i feel scammed and contact pay pal and there telling me the wait time is til the end of the month. CRAAAAZY and tattoo apt is in 2 days...UPDATE fillerhouse contacted me via email and said sorry for the confusion paypal charged me a fee and they will send out the products immediately and they sent a free jar to apologize it was over nighted along with 2 face masks and they were all packaged very well! Ty for making right wish communication was better from the beginning; )

URGENT CAUTION/BEWARE:- The website I used was fillerhouse.com This company debits your money from your bank card immediately but NEVER sends you any Order Number Payment Receipts at all, and when you ask them for payment confirmation receipt, their response is:- "Can I have your Order Number?", how can I provide them my Order number if this company never sent me any order number after debitting my money from my bank card? Also, their website Chat line displays a message 7 days a week saying "Customer service representative is Online, please wait" but after you send them a message no one responds. Also, in their website they never display a message making customers aware that they do NOT work 7 days a week, this is very misleading and worrying for customers who already PAID for their order with no acknowledgement of the customers payment which has already been debited from the customers bank card by this company. Also, in their website they say they are based in US, but they are not based in US, they are providing very misleading information to customers. I paid for my order, but i have NOT received any email from them confirming my order. I sent them an email explaining that I already PAID for my order and that I have not received any email from them confirming my order, but I have not received any response from them to my email. They already debitted my money from my bank card, but no response from them at all. I am now worried that i lost my money to scammers, the website i used was fillerhouse.com - stay away from these scammers!

All is Ok, on my first review I was wrong, because of some feedbacks in Youtube I thought it is a scam Site, but it isn‘t. The Customer Service have write me and they are very kind. My items on the way know. I’m so sorry Fillerhouse for this. I have ask in the Facebook community to, and all Customers were satisfied with this Company. When my order has arrived, i will add it here again...

Caution! Long story short- false product advertising, refunds are almost impossible to get, otherwise fast shipping and genuine products. Purchased $370 worth of products, was informed that they don't have Facetem $241 worth it in stock.( I highly doubt it was in stock in first place, since then removed from their website). I must stress FillerHouse did shipped the remainder of my order promptly, without a hinge and I'm happy about that. However, refund is totally different story, after back and forth emailing for almost 3 weeks. I just gave up and agreed to take Rejuran by pharmaresearch product instead of it. Well, I just got a package with Rejuran healer which looks completely different from the one advertised on a website. There are two different products on market. One is EU approved medical device and the other one is NOT. I'm still puzzled if two are made by the same company or not or held to the same brand standards...They appear very similar even to the logo, yet they are two different products.. Bottom line-double check if the products are in stock and indeed the ones that you looking for, only then wire the money. Update June 28: FillerHouse reached out regarding Rejuran, saying that it's the same product, but manufacturer changed the packaging. It is simply untrue, on official pharmaresearch website for Rejuran manufacture, it reads this: " Dear customer, We would like to hearby notify you: REJURAN and REJURAN HEALER are different brand names. REJURAN : Medical Device REJURAN HEALER: Cosmetic Brand Please realize these differences and avoid making a mistake. Thank you, PharmaResearch Co., Ltd."

Wow! I am thrilled that I found this company! My order was delivered fast and packaged perfectly. They even threw in some amazing masks for freeeeeeee. I highly recommend!
