2nd time we purchased flooring from fikes. Very happy with installation on carpet and vinyl flooring that was done years ago. They go above and beyond to accommodate what I was looking for and worked with us to do job as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

I ordered my area rug after the sales person helped me find the perfect color and price. It took a few weeks to get it special ordered and delivered. I love it! The only thing I didn't like was having to install the padding and rug myself. It took a long time to get the padding cut and centered. I am not as agile as I used to be!

We love Fike Bros and use them for all our flooring needs. Everything we have done was completed as expected with no problem. Their staff have helped us create a unique and beautiful floor pattern, choose an area rug that fits well and compliments our home, and have been available to help when we needed assistance with a small "non-Fike" issue. When we needed a hardwood floor refinished they recommend an excellent outside vendor (Wright’s Remodeling). We've been Fike customers since 2009.

We were treated very personable compared to going to lowes and I will never go back to them I was so impressed from the moment that I walked into the store. Louise was so helpful to me with all I went through before I appricate the fact that they gave us a discount for taking a discount to us for taking something that we didn't order I think it should have been more of a discount since it wasn't what I ordered because I wanted it done before vacation.
