Over all I am pleased with the rug we purchased. It took a lot longer to receive the rug than what we were told. On the day of delivery the store was told that we would not be available until 3:30, my family was at the house at 3:30 and the delivery person was already gone. When a phone call was made to find out where the delivery was we were told that he needed to be at James Creek which was 40 to 45 minutes away by 4pm. We then found out that he left the rug in our garage. The rug was to be 11x11 and it is 11x11'2" and the pad was to be cut to fit with a 3 inch reveal. The pad came in 3 pieces, 1 large piece, a 6" wide strip and a small 6"x6" piece. The total size of the pad is 10'6" x 10'9". We made it work, but we were not pleased with the lack of measuring abilities or the multiple pieces of padding.

My purchase was easy and ladies were friendly and helpful. However, when I called about hating my tile and wondering if I could return, I have called 3x and stopped in once. Each time I was told I would be gotten back with as to whether or not I could return or not. I have received no return phone calls. No matter what the answer, I just need an answer!
