Our experience with Fike Brothers was smooth through the entire process. We went to the showroom. The customer service person was knowledgeable about the products. She explained to us the timeline from someone coming out to measure, to ordering, to installation. They kept the schedule they had given us. They called to confirm the installation. They followed up with a customer satisfaction call during the installation and about a week later. The installation team did a great job. It was a good company to work with. The quality of the products in the showroom speak for themselves.

They did an excellent job with the indoor floor install and the front porch tile. Thought they would of been more considerate with the other job I priced.

June and the rest of the crew were very pleasant and easy to work with. We had wood flooring and carpet installed, plus a piece of our own linoleum laid. All were done beautifully and professionally. Would highly recommend them.
