Fike Bros Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of fikebroscarpetone.com

We recently had 3 rooms of new plank flooring installed in our home. The process flowed smoothly from start to finish and turned out to be a very pleasant experience resulting in beautiful floors. . Both their in-store employees & field employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks you Fike Brothers for accommodating our needs.

Most of us have people, as in have your people call my people. Fike Bros are my carpet people. One of the brothers comes to your house to measure, and he brings the carpet board of the carpet(s) you've chosen. I've always felt very safe and confident in their capable hands. If something turns out to be not quite right, they'll fix it, although their carpet layers are first rate. I return again and again. I'm running out of rooms. Oh, dear.

Excellent customer service. Installation very professional!

Over all I am pleased with the rug we purchased. It took a lot longer to receive the rug than what we were told. On the day of delivery the store was told that we would not be available until 3:30, my family was at the house at 3:30 and the delivery person was already gone. When a phone call was made to find out where the delivery was we were told that he needed to be at James Creek which was 40 to 45 minutes away by 4pm. We then found out that he left the rug in our garage. The rug was to be 11x11 and it is 11x11'2" and the pad was to be cut to fit with a 3 inch reveal. The pad came in 3 pieces, 1 large piece, a 6" wide strip and a small 6"x6" piece. The total size of the pad is 10'6" x 10'9". We made it work, but we were not pleased with the lack of measuring abilities or the multiple pieces of padding.

Very pleased with the quality and professionalism. I am a local business women and I buy and support local.

The installation and the product was excellent. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly.

They were so helpful with selecting flooring and bathroom tile. They made this task easy. Everything is beautiful. I would recommend Fike's Carpet to anyone looking for flooring.

We replaced all the flooring in our house. It was a pleasure working with Fike's. From the assistance of Jessie in the showroom and onsite to Jerry with his accurate measuring and troubleshooting skills to the installers who did remarkable work. They took time to hear our ideas and worked with us to complete our project to our satisfaction. The installers worked efficiently. They came in, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves, and left. We just couldn't be more pleased. We will always recommend Fike's to our friends who are looking for quality work!
