I've been ordering from them for almost 10 years. Never had an issue! Love them, everyone loves the food and gifts. I have no issue paying online, I've never had to call them. I order online and pay online. I always find great coupons too. Love them! If you read the description of each item, it states the size. I always am aware of what I'm buying.
