Hi Purple Turnip, I'm really sorry your leggings didn't fit, and I understand how frustrating it is to then be told you'd need to pay return postage on top of that. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. A few things I want to address directly: On sizing: Our leggings are made-to-order via dye-sublimation, and we know our fit can run smaller than standard high-street sizing — that's on us for not making it clearer at checkout. We publish a size chart with measurements (not just S/M/L) for exactly this reason, but if customers aren't seeing it before they buy, the chart isn't doing its job. On the exchange: Because each pair is printed to order, we can't restock returns the way a traditional retailer can — every return is a write-off for us, which is why our policy is structured the way it is. That's an explanation, not an excuse. In your case, I'd like to make it right: please reply to our emails with your order number and I'll send you a replacement pair in the correct size at no cost to you, and you can keep or donate the original pair. No return postage required.
