Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer marketing team. Thank you for the detailed review and experience with the hunting vest. We have 3 camo lines of heat apparel, all from well known camo companies, and we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship put into every piece. They are designed to be worn without the heat and be just as comfortable, then of course the bonus battery powered heat when it's needed. Enjoy and thank you!

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer marketing team. Sorry to hear you had to return and purchase a different size, we know that can be a huge inconvenience. We are always looking for improved processes so that customers can select the correct size on their original order. We have both a static size chart and interactive question/answer feature that helps customers elect a size, and we are now testing a "Try Me On" feature that allows customers to see the item on their own body (with photo upload). Thank you for working through the size issue with us.

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer team. Thank you for purchasing multiple jackets from us, the items all have a 1 year warranty including the battery. Most of our batteries have an ON/OFF button, this allows batteries to maintain a small amount of charge even over a long period of time, which keeps them operating even back to 2020. Should there be any issue you can reach out to [email protected], our customer service team will take care of you. Thank you!

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer team. Thank you for taking the time to provide a review, and it's great to hear that our heated gear makes a difference, we can imagine the cold Alaska winters can be tough even during the day.
