Called because I ordered the wrong size immediately after ordering and still they won’t change the size
Response from FieldsheerOct 20, 2026
Hi Michael, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer marketing team. I want to apologize for the frustrating experience you had ordering from us. I have asked our customer service team to reach out to you directly to fix the issue. Our system does not currently allow an order to be updated once it is processed. We do have a return or replacement policy so you are completely protected, and we have a 30 day money back guarantee, but we understand it would be much easier to allow customers to make changes to an order shortly after placing, to avoid this hassle, so we are working on an update to our system to allow customers to make changes shortly after ordering, this should be implemented in November.

The batteries should last longer than 2 years. They are only warranted for 1 year (basically one winter season )
Response from FieldsheerOct 16, 2026
Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer team, we are sorry to hear about your battery issue, we will try to reach out to you directly to resolve your issue. Lithium-Ion batteries will last for many years beyond 2, they do need to be stored with some charge if not used for several months. If stored uncharged for a long duration, like the off season, their lifespan could be reduced. We publish information about battery maintenance on our website and send out notices to our email subscriber base at end-of-season. We offer a 1 year battery on garments and batteries, this is very competitive warranty in our industry and once a product gets past the 1st most likely to continue without issue for many years beyond, but issues do happen so we want to take care of your issue on us.
