Customer service takes forever to answer and when they do they give you the wrong information and they use the excuse "They are not supposed to do so" Well they did and is documented and you need to own your mistakes.

Absolute rubbish customer support and website

I can’t understand why the State of Ga would mandate fingerprint through a company with so many bad reviews! I paid for a Livescan, was refused the appt bc of a name error. I was told I could call back in to make an appt to avoid paying twice. Upon calling to make the appt, I find out that no one at Fieldprint can schedule an appt. I also learned that my monies couldn’t be applied to a new appt and that I would have to wait 3-5 days for a refund depending on my bank. I couldn’t speak to a manager. They tried to hide behind my bank as if my bank was the problem. When people are paying monies for fingerprints it’s probably very time sensitive. I see a lot of people saying how using Fieldprint affected their employment, I can see how. I really hope Ga starts paying attention to the reviews of their vendors. Bcuz this is a terrible look. Let’s me not even mention my visit to the store where I met the worst customer service ever! Fieldprint is terrible in person and in office. Just the thought of them ruins my mood. However I do admit after hanging up several times I did speak to a rep that wanted to help me but unfortunately the company didn’t provide him the capability to do so. Fieldprint needs to improve their systems and customer services. This many people shouldnt have so many bad reviews about them. It can’t be everybody else’s fault they are having such a bad experience. Update: I appreciate management listening to my prior calls and trying their best to fix the issues. They admitted they heard the error from their representative to me and wanted to make some accommodations. I appreciated the effort

Pathetic "customer service". I sat in the online chat without anyone coming to assist for 50 minutes. I wrote to the customer service and after 72 hours, have received no response. I have spent a lot of time on hold for the phone-in customer service. The one person I spoke to could only walk me through a process I was already doing, he couldn't actually fix my problem...which was scheduling an appointment (because the web site has not been allowing me to do this for over 4 days now). I also chose the option of selecting "1" to leave a message. I did that...two days ago...and no one has responded. You provide a service that is very often in need of urgent resolution (a background check). This is the case for me, as I start a new job in less than a week and I cannot start this job without the background check. This has been a very, very pathetic and aggravating experience.

Absolutely terrible. I was hung up on twice and no body seems to know about there website, how to finish the fingerprint process and how to locate a "required" Field print code. Each time i called i was on hold for more than 20 minutes and the people i spoke to were very short and rude I think one of the names was Shelty that I spoke with. Please dont use this site....

lack of service and respect for their customers' their web site is confusing and they will not answer your questions and they will treat you like dirt on the bottom of their shoe

I'm really unhappy with this service. I registered for fingerprinting for an adoption over a month ago. My registration got lost in the system, so I registered again. That was a month ago, and it has yet to get approved so I can schedule my appointment. The approving agency hasn't seen it pushed through yet, but every time I reach out to Fieldprint, I either get told they can't help me, they don't respond to my multiple voice mails, or I get hung up on. In the meantime, all I want is to be able to take my daughter to the doctor. I really need for someone at Fieldprint to be at least a little concerned with this.

This company doesn't have an ounce of professionalism. They do not care to help and they do not care if you get your prints done or not. I have never spoken to "customer service reps" with such a lack of concern for their doing their job.
