i got a message saying my parcel was delivered at 1:06 but i still dont have it #delivertheparcelplease

I have received a notification that my order has been delivered but I have not received it for whoever was the driver did not drive into my property but he put my order in my mailbox and my order has disappeared from the mailbox

The driver/deliverer dude was very kind, he delivered our parcel to hand and asked for signage(ahem Australia post doesn't), he delivered the parcel within 15 minutes of tracking saying that the parcel was at the warehouse. The only qualm is that it came In a white van.

The Delivery man Muhammad was delivering my parcel according to the Email I received from Fast Horse Express. The photo was taken by him outside my front Fence at 10.37pm Monday 05/02/2024 he didn't bothered to deliver the Parcel to my Front door my lights were still on at that time, but he just throw it from the front fence and it landed in the middle of my yard. I wake up early in the morning to close my window because of the bad rain and seen the Parcel in the middle of my front Yard. My Parcel was saturated but lucky sellers were good and each Item was separately wrapped in another plastic Bag. Very Disappointed in Handling of my delivery.

Delivery person literally throws the package at the door step . Luckily it was non breakable item. Got to know through my security camera.

The worst courier company ever! The driver actually damage my mail box in order to put a notebook bag into it. Which the mail box was only designed for paper mail. Unbelievable.

Driver delivered parcel and took photos but it’s not there!! In the photo I can see he put it there but he must of taken it after because my parcel isn’t there and none of our family members saw it. Never use this company!!

I did not receive my parcel. It was put in my letter box at nearly midnight. I was not informed about this. I have checked around, nothing with the neighbors. I fear it has been stolen. The delivery man need some more training for it not to happen in the future. Leaving the parcel by the side of the road exposed to public in the middle of the night is not convenient at all. It disappeared even before I come to check the letter box in the morning He created the situation for it to be stolen. Regards, Iswarduth Chummun
