Package came on time

I had a bumpy start with Few Moda when I was sent a couple of incorrect items. Thankfully, they reached out and went above and beyond to fix my experience with them. I have always been happy with my products, and I am very relieved to see that customer service took my frustrations seriously and made it right. I will definitely continue to order from Few Moda. I love the style offerings and the prices, and that their selection is always expanding.

Everything about Few Moda is fantastic, starting with the website user experience. I received my first order within days, and it was all very well packaged. Lastly, the fabric of the pieces I got is of very high-end quality at such a good price, and the designs are so flattering. I can 100% say I will be doing a lot more shopping here

The quality is pretty bad. I'd almost rather spend the money on the real brand

Free shipping and free returns, but BEWARE that if you select "improper fit" as a reason for returning an item instead of "it doesn't suit me", the item is marked as "not returnable" when you try to finish the return process. The tags are still on and the dress/blouse didn't fit, what else am I supposed to do with it? Some of the pieces are higher quality than others (some wrinkle very easily). Square neckline can sometimes be too wide/ fall off my shoulders. But the pieces that fit well, look really good. The Bay dress (white) and Vienna set (pink) have become staples in my wardrobe, but I end up returning the remaining 7-8 pieces of my order every time (2 orders so far, 9 pieces each). Most, if not all, of the pieces are hand wash only. You might be better off with ASOS and no membership because Few Moda isn't significantly more sustainable; all the pieces ship individually wrapped in plastic bags and there's not much transparency in supply chain and labor. It's cheaper than Reformation I suppose.

My order did not ship within the 2 days like the website suggested but when it did ship (after I sent an email a week after to follow up on my order) the order was shipped and delivered right away! All the dresses I ordered were very nice and beautifully made! The purse I ordered is also amazing and crafted well!

Shipped quickly, perfect fit, as suspected per the reviews. My dress looks elegant and expensive but it was so affordable! I’m in love.
