I have reached out to customer service on two separate occasions (once as a non-member and once as a new member) and was impressed by the quick response times, politeness, and helpfulness of the customer support team. On the most recent occasion, I reached out about canceling a pre-order dress. My order was canceled and refunded without issue in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend Few Moda! Easy returns, helpful customer service, and quality products.

They sent me a dress with a ripped seam that I did not realize until after I had thrown out the tags. They refused to let me return it and were quite nasty about it. The quality was awful and the material cheap. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Edited to reply to response below: I went back and forth through email several times and zero resolution was given. They just kept repeating that the tags were taken off, so therefore I have no choice but to keep a ripped dress.

I've ordered several times from Few Moda and have been very pleased with each order. This more recent online experience for some reason did not recognize me as a member which means a discount will apply. I sent Few Moda an email and they responded VERY promptly. They moved the issue up the chain and confirmed my membership and would assist via phone if the issue was still occurring. Long story short, they are interested in customer satisfaction and their products are current designs and of nice quality. Very pleased to be doing business with them!

I signed up for Few Moda last month and have had a couple of interactions with their customer service team. They have been nothing but helpful, prompt, and kind. My experience with their customer service team makes me feel like they truly care about me as a member. It makes me feel confident in my choice to shop with them!

I would rate under 1 star. Few moda customer service is horrible and rude. Multiple times they have stopped responding to me in the middle of an issue. Few moda is general is a scam. They keep trying to give me a gift card refund instead of my actual money and have stopped responding. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Few Moda’s customer service is among the best out there. I had found a dream dress and they were out of my size. I reached out on a whim I would hear. Within an hour someone had responded and elevated my request. Just after that someone let me know they were looking into it. The next day I had a response that the dress would be restocked. This was all before I had even become a customer!

Very honest. I needed to cancel order that I mistakenly made. I emailed customer service and they cancelled. Very nice.
