I still haven’t gotten my package and my photos are tonight. I ordered this a week ago and apparently according to the tracking number it still hasn’t even been shipped yet. Very frustrating and I’ll be spending my day off trying to find another dress last minute.

I love the concept and y’all’s customer service is great! But the inventory is just so limited I can’t justify paying for access to, say, 10 pieces.

The quality of some of the items was not what I expected

Honestly really frustrated with the customer service experience and the lack of communication. I have had nothing but problems with expedited shipping, inaccurate information posted, and lack of response from customer service actually addressing the issue. I am trying to be patient and understanding, as shipping issues aren’t always the company’s fault, but the lack of communication and the long response times is really frustrating. My event is coming up in 3 days and I guess I am going to have to turn to Amazon to find something that will come in 2 days. Really sad and disappointed.
