This company is definitely worth checking out since they offer free shipping if you buy over $100, which is reasonable if you are buying quite a bit for packing and shipping.

Received my package today and I couldn't be happier. Part of my order was in the discontinued dark blue and I thought maybe it's ugly and that's why it's being discontinued but to my surprise - it's beautiful. Displaying my necklace on one and some bracelets on the other. I would have given 5 stars if they didn't have the "small order" fee. I understand it, I just don't like it.

Donna, glad you liked our Colored Jewelry Displays, always good to hear. On the small order surcharge, most times your freight would be much higher than $7. Since our margins are thin and we have no minimum order, without this charge many orders would be unprofitable for us. Thank you for your feedback on this.

Christine, not sure why USPS charged you a postage due fee as your order weighed 8.64 ounces and we rounded up to 9 ounces. It's possible there was an error involved, with USPS or ourselves, although packages are always carefully weighed by us. Email [email protected] with the postage due you paid and your invoice number and we will refund the postage due. Sorry for the inconvenience. We tracked your order and see that it was delivered today, Sept 22nd at 12:45 PM. Your order shipped via UPS/Ground from our warehouse in New York. You placed your order on Sunday Sept 14th and we shipped out on Monday, Sept 15th. This comes to five business days which is the delivery time for UPS to deliver from New York to Idaho. At Fetpak most orders are shipped the same day received if ordered before 1:00 PM ET. This of course applies to business days. In the future if you need faster air service let us know as we can do that too. However unlike our Free Shipping with ground service, air is an extra charge. Thank you.
