Ordered velvet jewelry boxes with box. Communication was very good in regard to question about product. Shipped quickly. Highly recommend.

I never got a tracking number, only when i called to find out about my package I was given a tracking number that said it was delivered. Never received anything. Highly disappointed. And it wasnt like my package was cheap.

The products are fairly priced and arrive in a timely manner. Great job Fetpak.

Regular small order customer pleased with the value and fast shipping. I only need the organza bags and am very, very pleased with the quality. No lose threads or tears. No skimping on the quality at all. Very glad to see the small order stocking fee gone! We small order people shouldn't be penalized by ordering a little bit. Our returning business after all builds up over time to equal bigger ones. There is so much competition out there that we should be held on to and for that I am glad. Will continue my business with Fetpak.

The products were nice but I paid $7.95 for a shipping fee and the package was $.60 to ship. Very overpriced. The shipping rates should be reduced a bit.
