Hi Anna, I want to apologize again for lack of service you received because that is not an accurate representation of our services. As I stated on our call, our nurse experienced an emergency and when you reached out to me, I was on the phone with another client. As soon as I saw your message, I reached out that night immediately. Unfortunately, with the immediate nature of a trigger visit, we were unable to replace the nurse that night. We again apologize for the inconvenience and stress this caused you and we understand offering a refund and an additional complimentary visit does not replace the visit you desired. We have done countless triggers in the last 5 years and this is the first case that a nurse experienced such an emergency. I am truly sorry it happened to you in your time of need. I thank you for your feedback and we are working on ways to ensure this does not occur again. If there is anything we can do to assist you in the future, our offer still stands. We wish the best on your fertility journey.
