Overall Timing, Communication, and Attitude were not what I would expect...

My first order came in completely damage. Nothing usable. I was issued a refund and made another re-order. My second order came in damaged as well. Two things: either you fix your shipping methods and how you package your products or you change carriers.

I ordered Navy blue and the color I received was not navy blue. My fence installers installed it all and the customer came out furious and made us remove all of it and called us colorblind and lost all of the revenue for that project.

Ordered privacy screen. Color match to website wasn't great. Panels were well-made, and as advertised (other than color, which is always an issue in ordering online). The big issue is that they shipped a custom panel that didn't fit. I called customer service and spoke to them. Order was written on their website, they claim I ordered a smaller size. I didn't create a user account, so I don't have a record of the order I placed - that's my fault. I'm willing to say I may have made an error (though I'm a woodworker, so my measuring skills are really pretty good), and I was willing to pay for the rework. It's also possible they made an error and I shouldn't pay for the rework. They applied the minimum order fee to the rework, making it $300+ for a single panel. That's a business policy, and inflexibility on that factor makes them a poor bet from my perspective.

I still do not have my product or have a A Tracking number or expected delivery date..no communication!!!!
