FenceScreen, LLC.Reviews of fencescreen.com

This is my second purchase from fence screen. I surrounded my entire open air barn in the winter and remove in the summer, which is 80% of the year. It blocks wind and blowing rain while still allowing a little bit of airflow very fast shipping and the color was the same as the fence screen I bought six years ago so I was able to use all the pieces. And I would do it again buying from them.

Quality of the product.

Never received $400 in material. Shipped to wrong address in 160 miles away. Offered 50% off a reorder

Overall Timing, Communication, and Attitude were not what I would expect...

I love the slats I bought. But.... There is not enough bottom track for the slats. You need to order more bottom track. Then it took 4 emails, 1 phone call, and 2 complaints to the store to get my extra bottom tracks that I paid for

Placed an order and was charged the full amount. The order was followed by an email on 6/16 from Willy is support to state that all production printers are having issues and will be down for a week then they would need two additional weeks to ship my order. Reached out on 7/13 for an update, NO reply. Had to threaten to file a claim on 7/28 to get a response and finally received the order 8/4.

I have ordered fence screen a few years ago. This is my second big order. You shipped exactly what I ordered. Prices are reasonable. Order came pretty fast. Only problem is I didn't order enough.

Good screen, the zip ties Don't last very long, maybe have an upgrade option, shipping took longer than expected, but hell yeah! Better than the other guys, I'm happy
