Placed an order and was charged the full amount. The order was followed by an email on 6/16 from Willy is support to state that all production printers are having issues and will be down for a week then they would need two additional weeks to ship my order. Reached out on 7/13 for an update, NO reply. Had to threaten to file a claim on 7/28 to get a response and finally received the order 8/4.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡!!!! First want to start out by saying one star is not reflect how bad this company is they get clown status. They completely messed up my order and would not fix it. I paid over $4,000 for top of the line fence screen i did not get what i paid for. Then when i called and ask, they said they would give me a 20% discount to reorder the same thing i already paid for. Wow get to buy it twice? While crossing my fingers hoping it is right the second time. I don't think so! There website says satisfaction guarantee which is a lie!!!

Very unprofessional, we have had multiple problems with our order we tried to call our salesman Howie to let him know about the problem he would not call back. We tried to talk to the supervisor and even he would not call back. The screen we received is not what we ordered, Customer is not happy with us and it all falls back on this so called company fence screen. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

This is a joke. The fence wires are not straight enough for these pieces to go in on the straight line so they’re all crooked and look really stupid. I guess I’m gonna take them out and start over and see if I can’t figure something out. What a waste of money.

Although the carrier marked it as “delivered,” there was no signature, no handoff, and no actual proof that I ever received anything. The package was allegedly left near the Beach Club—a high-traffic area where anyone could have taken it. Completely irresponsible. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly hid behind vague “proof of delivery” from the carrier and refused to issue a refund or replacement. Instead, they offered me 20% off a new order—as if I should pay again for something I never received in the first place! I expected better accountability and protection as a paying customer. This company clearly prioritizes their shipping partners over customer satisfaction. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if you live in an area where packages can be easily stolen. Once your money is taken, they wash their hands of the situation.

The product is very difficult to install because the slats are too thin to easily push through the chain links. Pliers are needed to slowly pull through a few inches.
