Personable and understanding.

Honestly, I think it’s a scam. I of course saw their ads on Facebook. I ordered the kit, sent in my labs. Okay, they finally acknowledge my labs were received, so I schedule an appt. I did have to cancel but found it interesting my labs weren’t reviewed. I’ve reached out 4 times now to request my labs as they can’t see me for another month. I keep being told different things but no one will let me see my labs. I’m going to report them, because I don’t understand how legally and ethically then can hold my information.

I ordered a kit at the beginning of May. I never received the kit and so I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times via their website and email to no avail. The chat bots on their website kept telling me the test had been sent out, but could never give me tracking information. I never received a test and my consult is coming up within a week, so I've attempted calling their customer service line. They then told me that they would send another test, but couldn't tell me what happened to the first one or why their representatives were insisting it had been sent out if it hadn't. They offered to send another test and told me that I could have the consult without the test results. That didn't make sense to me, especially if they're trying to ultimately sell me medication. The representative told me I could have the consult and they could get me started on medication and that we could reassess once the test results came back, none of that made any sense to me whatsoever so I told them to refund me for the first kit because it sounds like a scam. I would be very wary of this company, their customer service is very hard to get in touch with outside of calling their 800 number and they can't seem to give a straight answer. It feels very much like a scam and like people who don't actually care about patients.

Finally a provider that listens and understands how important quality of life is for us post menopause. My provider was familiar with current research and not giving me the outdated information. I am looking forward to beginning my treatment plan. Thank you!
