While I think this could be very beneficial to women who have pcos like myself. I think that the pricing needs to be up front before the initial consultation. No where did it say on the website the pricing of having hormones balanced. Nor did it say if certain insurances were taken by the company to help cover the cost. As a single parent on a fixed income who suffers from pcos information that is more clear on your website about pricing would be more beneficial.

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that pricing didn’t feel clearly presented. We understand how important transparency is, especially for women managing PCOS and navigating care on a fixed income. While we include pricing details on our website, we’re working to make this information easier to access before the consultation. We also want to clarify why we don’t accept insurance — most plans don’t cover the kind of personalized, bioidentical hormone therapy we provide. Staying outside those limitations allows our experienced providers to offer care that truly addresses the root of hormonal imbalances. We’ll continue doing our best to ensure every woman knows what to expect before moving forward. If we can help clarify anything, our team is always here to support you. — The Fem Excel Team
