1. The prduct is shown on their website is about the size of a man's torso but the actual product fits in the palm of my hand. 2. The product on the website shows a full rich lighting strands to produce a fire plume effect. the product received has a small handful, the wrong color, and not enough to achieve any effect desired. 3. came broken 4, they only offer a $15 credit, or to send back at my expense. This is unacceptable for the fraud

What I ordered and what I got is so disappointing!!! The description states that it is made of metal, IT IS NOT!!! It's a 3D print with fairy lights. The sample you are shown looks to be a nice size, IT IS NOT!! WHAT I RECEIVED IS A DRAGON THAT IS MAYBE 5 INCHES AND THE SOLAR LIGHT WAS BROKEN OFF. IF IT WAS METAL IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN BROKEN.

The screen print on the cup is done in layers that weren't exactly matched so it looks fuzzy and dull. Definitely wouldn't order from them again.

Received the wrong product, it was for a different couple. I reached out in email requesting refund and I never received a response. I will never order through this company again.
