Quick production and delivery

From the start of making this ring, I worked on email with Abby who went back and forth with me 60 times to help handcraft and tailor the perfect ring for my wife. It turned out beautiful and incredible. The perfect ring full of meaning for my wife and representing of her character and beauty, and much of things personal to us. All in a package she loves to wear and see every single day as the constant devotion between us. I couldn’t be more happy with the result (and price) and especially the customer service I received. The entire team deserves praise for the work they have done for me and my wife, and I will never forget it.

the ring is just as beautiful as it is in pictures.. the timeline they give in your confirmation email is accurate. only thing that would be kinda cool is little update notifications thru the process since it does take 4-5 weeks (you get excited n antsy waiting for it 😭)

The ring is extremely unique and beautiful. It was made and shipped quicker than predicted, even though this was between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. And the ring will be a reminder for decades to come.

The product ordered came as advertised and exactly what was wanted. The recipient is very pleased. My only critique is on shipping notices. I wish that the shipping updates where more accurate as well as the time lines. We got the order ahead of the anticipated date which is awesome. But if nobody had been there to sign for it then it could have been frustrating.
