Great ring exactly how I wanted

I recently purchased an engagement ring from them and it was exactly what I ordered, beautiful. My fiance loves it. That said, the customer service was also fantastic. I found it refreshing. I asked quite a few questions about the ring and asked if it could be rushed. The response time was generally within a couple hours at most, and they/she (I believe I spoke with the owner) was willing to work with me to get the ring faster for a nominal fee. All my nervous concerns were put to rest due to their/her professionalism and expedient response time. A + all around!

Ordered the ring to propose. My fiance LOVES it! Ring showed up right on time, even after needing to change the ring sizing. They were responsive, and very helpful through emails.
