I sent my fiancé the Felicegals website for my engagement ring in 2021, I liked that they were handmade and that it was a small business. I ended up losing a side lab diamond a few months after our engagement and I reached out to them, they replied so quickly and offered to fix it for me or send me loose stones. I was so pleased with them as a company I ended up getting my wedding band from them and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong color, when it got to me they made it right and remade it for me in the correct color and their communication has always been excellent. They are always available for guidance and even asked for photos and measurements to fit my engagement ring to my wedding band. The attention to customer service is took notch and I’m so thrilled to have randomly found them on Pinterest when looking for rings. If I ever need another ring for anything or know anyone looking for a unique ring I will always recommend and use them.

We ran into a shipping issue, as the order was going out of the US and they were so on top of it. And the ring!! It is so beautiful. This is the kite moss set and I love how versatile it is. Great quality jewelry and it was the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. I had to pay for expedited shipping to get the ring before our trip to Italy and it came with a few days to spare, in great condition.
