Felicegals’ support team were extremely responsive and accommodating. They were patient with all of my questions. The product is exceptional, affordable and exactly as advertised. My fiancé was beyond happy with her ring. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to purchase a unique custom made ring.

The ring is beautiful! I was contacted because they under-listed the ring and requested additional money. I thought this odd and did not pay what was asked, as I picked the ring specifically for the cost. They honored the initial payment agreement. It is so lovely and I am very happy!!

Ordered my girlfriends ring and was worried about making it in the time that I needed it. Abby was so professional getting back to me whenever I emailed (which was a lot lol). Five star service I would recommend to anyone!

The team at falicegals fabricated such an unique and fully customized ring for my fiancé and she loves it! 18k gold rose, 3ct diamonds, black quartz stone, and an additional diamond ring jacket. They were great at communicating, effecient with production time, and produced a quality engagement ring that we will forever love. Thank you so much!!!

My fiancé loves her ring! We had an amazing engagement in Japan, and the ring I got from felicegals made the experience even more special. She was extremely happy with it, and everyone complemented her on it and, honestly felt the ring matched her perfectly. Purchasing the ring from felicegals was easy, shipping was quick, and when I needed help they were quick to answer and do what they could. I would recommend felicegals to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique engagement ring.

The company communicated with me really well throughout the process. My ring came earlier than expected and was shipped in a discrete box. What I love most is that my ring is beautiful and unique. It is everything I hoped for. I'm greatful for the service and how well everything went.

I absolutely love my ring! I love how unique it is. The stones seemed well secured and the communication was great. They answered all our questions kindly and promptly. I unfortunatly lost my ring after a few months and decided to order the exact same one again since it's so perfectly me and we had a great experience.
