My original engagement ring is from felicegals, I've had it for over two years now (and still get compliments on regularly) it's truly a stunning ring. So when it came time to order my wedding band I wanted to order it from felicegals. I emailed and spoke with Abby, she helped me figure out which band would look best with my current ring, took pictures to send to me for examples and even did some mock ups so I could visually see different band with my ring. I just received my wedding band in the mail today and it is GORGEOUS. I'm so impressed with the quality, the customer service, working with felicegals has been a great experience and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I emailed back and forth with Abby as she walked me through the process, even sending me pictures of the stone I was going to get . The ring was delivered on time, and exactly as I wanted it. It is everything I would have wanted and more! My Fiancé ordered me a salt and pepper diamond, they stayed in communication with him from the time he placed the order until the day they sent it out! I cannot say enough wonderful thing about Abby. She was an absolute delight to work with and very responsive to any question I had.
