I was nervous to buy an engagement ring online, but I went with felicegals and I'm more than happy. The ring is BEAUTIFUL, more beautiful than I could've imagined, and my fiancée (!!) loves it! It's all genuine gold and stones, too. The ring came earlier than I was told it would, and Abby was always there when I needed her for customer service throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend.

First off, I’ve never written a review before but with this company it definitely deserves it. The rings are all custom made which takes 3-4 weeks but it’s worth it. I emailed asking about when it will be shipped and within the day I got a response with an update on which stage the ring was at to be made. Very friendly support team, quick to respond which is always good. Thank you Abby for giving me updates!

I had a ring some in that I ordered and I didn’t like the size of the stone, so I emailed them and they answered within an hour and helped me with the whole process. Now, I needed to change the color of the ring after already putting an order in, and they helped the whole way. They respond fast and help with anything and everything that is needed. Even though I caused a lot of trouble, they helped me the whole time. By far the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you!
