The ring set came in yesterday, and I must say I was quite surprised. Not only did I place the order in the beginning of November but it had already came in the span of two weeks?! On top of that, the ring set came in beautifully and I love it!
I had a ring set in mind from this business for a couple of months and had planned to purchase it during the fall. Abby, one of the support members of Felicegals, had contacted me about my upcoming purchase and she was amazing to talk to. She provided excellent customer service and accommodation!

Ring came sooner than expected and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. My wife loves it and continually comments on it being the most awesome thing I’ve ever gotten her :). Customer service was responsive and great! Highly recommend!

Perfect
This is probably one of the most caring companies I have ever had the pleasure to come across. Abby kept in contact and showed me how to get measurements from my engagement ring so the wedding band I ordered would fit perfectly together. The ring itself is amazingly beautiful, great price, and it even arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

The ring is absolutely beautiful, my now fiance loves it! Abby was great at keeping me updated and even changed the ring size for me days after the order was placed! I'm very happy that I placed my trust in Felicegals for such a big moment

Felicegals has been such a great company to purchase my girlfriend’s engagement ring from! They’ve been very helpful every step of the way, they honor their warranty for sure. I needed to get the ring resized after I purchased it and they reimbursed me for the resizing. Everything has been perfect!

Excellent Ring and Service
The ring was beautiful! It was a great design, got here in a timely manner, and looked unique. My fiancée loves the moss agate stone and it is well complimented by the surrounding stones. She loved showing it off! Also, the customer support was wonderful!

I have extremely complicated design in mind and Felicegals helped me achieved every idea I have in mind. We went back and forth in the email over 50 times to reach the final design, and the customer support is so nice and patient all the way to the end. I will buy from them again!
